Denise Richards made 'white trash' sandwiches for sex workers hired by ex-husband Charlie Sheen

In Netflix's explosive new documentary about Charlie Sheen, one of the startling revelations comes from his ex-wife, Denise Richards.

During the show, the actress appeared visibly emotional as she recounted being compelled to prepare 'white trash' sandwiches for Sheen's mistresses, months before she ultimately divorced the Two and a Half Men star.

To jog your memory, Sheen and Richards tied the knot in Brentwood, California in June 2002, nearly two years after the famous pair first crossed paths on the set of Good Advice, and made guest appearances together on Spin City.

Throughout their relationship, the couple welcomed two daughters. However, six months into her second pregnancy, Richards announced she had filed for divorce.

At that time, she stated: "We are deeply saddened by the recent events, and out of our love and concern for our daughter Sam, our unborn child, and each other, we ask that you respect our privacy during this challenging time."

Over the years, more information has come to light about what led to the collapse of their relationship, which ended with custody and legal battles, public disputes, and even Richards suing Sheen for allegedly failing to fulfill financial-support commitments.

This week, however, the 54-year-old revealed firsthand that Sheen's extramarital affairs also contributed to their marriage's dissolution, with many of these affairs driven by the actor's drug-fueled escapades.

Speaking on Netflix's aka Charlie Sheen, Richards disclosed that, while married to Sheen, she was compelled to prepare meals for 'hookers' he was involved with. At the time, the TV star caused concern by disappearing for two days amid filming his beloved sitcom.

"They would call me all the f*****g time to go there because I can’t get fired," she elaborated. "I was your ex-wife, I was already fired."

"When they were desperate, they would plead, 'Could you please come over and see if he’s alive? We haven’t seen him for two days.' So I would knock on his door persistently. And then I’d keep knocking, saying, 'Open the f–k up!'"

On one occasion, the Real House of Beverly Hills star mentioned she brought food to feed her ex, only to find his cast mate Jon Cryer also present at the mansion.

"I’m making sandwiches and Jon was visibly nervous, asking, ‘What are you doing?’ I responded, ‘Well, he hasn’t eaten, and I’m making sandwiches,'" she recounted telling the actor.

"Then, two or three hookers came downstairs. I remember Jon asking, 'Are you making them sandwiches?' and I replied, 'Well, yeah. What am I gonna say? Sorry, because of your job, you don’t get one of my white trash mayo, mustard, turkey, cheese, lettuce sandwiches?'"

Richards continued: "It wasn’t as if I was crafting a gourmet sandwich. I was merely trying to help him stay okay."

Amid their custody dispute, the mother-of-three—who later adopted a third daughter as a single parent—accused Sheen, now 60, of exhibiting 'inappropriate behavior' and 'conduct'.

In official documents, Richards also mentioned 'his attraction to underage women and his sexually explicit behavior on the internet, including exposing his private parts'.
