Tammy Slaton boasts a legion of devoted fans who consistently cheer her on throughout her weight loss journey, and now they're celebrating another new transformation in her look.

The star of 1000-lb Sisters has shed over 500 pounds since embarking on her mission to lose weight, receiving unwavering support from fans all the way.

The reality TV sensation underwent bariatric surgery in 2022 and has been candid about her journey ever since—at her peak weight, she was over 700 pounds, but earlier this year, she shared that she now weighs 238 pounds.

Following her weight loss, Tammy had skin removal surgery this year, which involved the removal of over 15 pounds of excess skin from her chin, arms, and stomach.

She reacted to seeing the results for the first time on her reality show, exclaiming: "I’m shocked. I feel so strange. I don’t have my hanging b******* off my face anymore.

“My bat wings are gone too. And now, when I look down, all I see is my lap. It’s going to take some time for me to get used to seeing myself this way.”

Since Tammy's transformation, the TV star has been living her best life, participating in podcasts and event appearances.

Yesterday, creators Hunter and Logan Ezell announced that Tammy would be appearing on the Creative Chaos podcast next Tuesday (19 August).

They shared the exciting news alongside a series of new professional photos of the host posing with the reality star.

In the photos, Tammy looks stunning in a black and white striped dress, paired with a blue denim jacket and stylish orange sunglasses.

However, besides her dramatic weight loss, eagle-eyed fans noticed another change—Tammy's teeth.

She has always shown interest in cosmetic dental procedures and has faced harsh comments from trolls in the past about it.

Last January, she posted a video on TikTok addressing the hateful comments, telling one troll in particular: “With all due respect, I wish people like you would stop commenting crap like this. It’s not helping my confidence. I was trying to keep my confidence boosted and seeing comments about my chin or my teeth doesn’t help.”

She explained that getting her teeth fixed can be expensive, and although she has money, she can't save up for it right now.

Tammy said: “I had to calm myself down before I replied because I really wanted to go off on you. I really wanted to tell you if you had a true problem with my teeth then pay for them yourself. But I don’t want to be that person. I don’t want to be rude.”

And while, of course, Tammy does not need anything done to her teeth, fans are delighted that if it's what she desired, she's been able to save up the cash for it.
